This charming, European-inspired cottage is nestled right on Mississippi River and is perfect for hosting guests! The small footprint includes a full kitchen, ¾ bath, small table, bed, and two chairs. The cabinetry in this space features a traditional door style with a custom finish by Décor.

Every inch of this boathouse was utilized when it came to the cabinetry design. Some storage elements include deep roll-outs to house heavy dishes and cookware, a personalized drawer for storing and displaying k-cups and other coffee essentials, and even a concealed pull-out for the trash and recycling.

The cabinet doors that surround the hood feature mullions that add visual interest to the space and help give a fresh feel to this traditional design.

The bathroom layout includes a custom engineered vanity by Décor, built to support the weight of the gorgeous, solid marble sink basin.
