BRIGHT ECLECTIC REMODEL
Personality and charm are designed into every inch of this beautiful home remodel. When these clients came to Studio M Kitchen & Bath, they were looking to update multiple rooms in their home in a way that elevated each space and showcased their unique style (and charming décor!).
Starting in the kitchen, the design was focused around functionality and “togetherness”. The space is designed to be very open and bright, emphasizing natural sunlight and utilizing a timeless cabinet door style in Chantilly Lace paint. The touch of blue on the backsplash gives a soft pop of color in the space, and the warm gold hardware from Top Knobs adds a sleek finishing touch.
The storage in this space was designed to be effective but not too obvious. Numerous storage elements were subtly designed in the kitchen such as the spice rack located on the inside wall of the cabinet facing the range, which was intended to make the spices easy to access but not an eyesore. The paneled, fully integrated refrigerator and freezer create a seamless look while keeping the kitchen bright. The center island also provides storage in the space as well as casual seating!
The adjacent living room is a perfect complement to the kitchen design, utilizing similar cabinetry in the built-in shelves and cabinets surrounding the fireplace. This living room is charming, cozy, and truly the best place for this family to come together!
The rest of the home is where these homeowner’s eclectic taste truly shines. From the red and gold powder bathroom to the moody blue home gym, and the mossy green mudroom there is an eye catching design around every corner. This homeowner did an amazing job of utilizing both color and texture through their cabinetry and wallpaper to create one-of-a-kind spaces that are sure to inspire. Look closely or you might miss some of the more subtle design details!
